3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. sob99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or deceptive. sob99 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. sob99 strongly recommends the use of a unique password not shared with any other service. You must notify sob99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. sob99 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. sob99 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID; proof of residential address in Indonesia (e.g., bank statement, utility bill); and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by sob99 may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sob99 does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR only, with no currency conversion fees applied by sob99.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. sob99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP bank transfers; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sob99 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be returned to the originating payment method, less any transfer fees charged by the sending institution. sob99 does not charge deposit fees on its end.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your sob99 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited same-day during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB); deposits received outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available business window.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed same-day. Most bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri clear within one to three hours of processing. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed instantly after sob99 approval. sob99 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all standard withdrawal requests.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. sob99 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer charges for which sob99 accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method already registered and verified under the Member's KYC profile. sob99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Member's legal name.
4.7 Withdrawal Restrictions. sob99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where Bonus Fund wagering requirements have not been satisfied. The Member will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it.
Important: All transactions on sob99 are processed in IDR. sob99 does not apply any currency conversion fees. Deposit amounts are credited in Rupiah at face value. Ensure the account name on your bank account or e-wallet matches the name registered on your sob99 Account to avoid processing delays.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet wagering requirement and associated Bonus Funds will expire without compensation.
5.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met by playing eligible games. The contribution rate for each game type is as follows:

This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to guarantee a bonus-related profit regardless of outcome, and using automated or third-party software to place bets.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. If a new deposit bonus is claimed before a prior bonus's wagering requirement is fulfilled, the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress will be forfeited. sob99 recommends completing active bonus wagering before claiming a new offer.
5.6 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings generated from a single Bonus Fund credit is capped at 10x the bonus amount. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. sob99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the scheduled start of an event, where a technical error has caused an incorrect price to be displayed, or where sob99 has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play or match-fixing.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by event, market, game type, and Member account tier. sob99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's Account in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period defined in the relevant sport's rules; the market was incorrectly priced due to a manifest technical error; or the event outcome cannot be officially confirmed by the relevant governing body within the settlement period specified by sob99.

11.3 sob99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if sob99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 sob99 shall not be liable for losses arising from: scheduled or emergency Platform maintenance; telecommunications network failures; Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest; or the failure of a third-party payment provider to process a transaction correctly or in a timely manner.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sob99 support at [email protected]. 12.2 Termination by sob99. sob99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to sob99.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause under Clause 12.2, sob99 may void all pending bets and Bonus Funds and withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
12.4 Survival. Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Privacy & Data), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of these Terms & Conditions and closure of the Member's Account.

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Before initiating formal arbitration, Members must submit a written dispute notice to [email protected] describing the nature and basis of the claim in reasonable detail. sob99 will respond within 10 business days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may proceed to arbitration.
14.1 sob99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sob99 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
